Where will the classes take place and do I have to download any app to access them ?

Classes will take place mainly online, via Zoom or Microsoft Teams therefore it's necessary to download one of these plataforms. Face to face classes will be in a meeting point suitable for both student and teacher [unavailable for now].

Can I use other electronic equipment to access classes, other than the computer?

You can use a cell phone tablet or other similar equipment as long as it does not interfere with the course of classes.

If I don't feel comfortable turning my camera on during class, can I turn it off?

Preferably students should have the camera on during the sessions but those who are not comfortable for various reasons can turn off the camera.

What is the class cancellation policy?

All students who for various reasons want to cancel a class must do so with 24 hours in advance. Any class that is canceled outside the stipulated period will be charged and cannot be rescheduled.

In group classes this policy does not apply if someone don't appear in the schedule session it will be discounted in the pack but if almost all students say that they cannot attend a class for some reason and only one or two people can attend the class will be canceled and rescheduled, with the consent of the majority.

Can i record the session?

It's extremely proibited to record any session.

If a student can't attend to the session he can request to the professor to record session with a 24 hours in advance. [only for groups pack]

Can I buy a group pack?

Yes, if you are by yourself you can wait for a course to open with 3 or 5 students. When the class have all members the course will began on a date managed by the teacher. We advise if that take to long to use other services.
